Design and Engineering

It’s important to integrate design with your manufacturing partner as early in the process as possible. You have the ability to make your concept a reality by utilizing our design support center. You can integrate with our design team as little or as much as you like. We’ll help you design a scope of work; develop artwork, schematics, and gerbers. Our Design for Manufacturing (DfM) and Design for Test (DfT) work up will give you peace of mind that every avenue of your design is explored. Prototype and Short Run

The prototype and short run group was developed for those of you out there that are looking for a quick turn assembly option. Originally created as proto focused, this group has evolved into a short run production focused team as well. Here is what differentiates this group from any other you’ll encounter in the proto/short-run market:

Turn-key Production

The cornerstone of our business is our production manufacturing services group. We have three manufacturing facilities that can support your global needs. We have production facilities in Indiana, California, and Mexico. All of our facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art high speed manufacturing equipment capable of handling the most complex assemblies in the world. We manufacture printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA’s), full-system module assemblies, backplane assemblies, configure-to-order systems, and wire assemblies. Our production services include:

Repair Depot/After-market

Total understands that the work isn’t finished just because an OEM has shipped products out the door. We’ve developed these services so that OEM’s can focus on product development and business at hand, instead of what happens after the sale. Allow us to worry about managing your warranty, field exchange, field upgrade, logistic, end-of-life, and refurbishment services for you. We’re fully equipped and capable of handling the largest or smallest job in a fast and efficient manner, and absolutely seamless to your customers.
