Production Transition Total Electronics realizes that each customer faces a unique set of circumstances, which can include need for manufacturing facility access, need for rapid product launches, rapid ramp up and ramp down, and need for a variety of manufacturing cost options due to cost pressures they face. We have a robust process for evaluating customer needs and transitioning product between domestic and Mexican facilities to address these issues. Key elements of our process include:

• Seamless handling of customs/logistics issues
• Central program management contact for all projects involving a single customer regardless of build site
• Detailed project transition plans
• Development of mutually agreed bridge inventory of finished goods to ensure responsiveness to schedule changes during transition.
